In September, I went on a 7-day AmaWaterways cruise on the Seine River. The cruise started in Paris, went up to Normandy, and then back to Paris with multiple port stops along the way. There are a lot of moving parts that have to come together to make a trip like this memorable and Klaus made it all happen. My traveling companions and I had many, many questions, some of them fairly nit-picky, because we wanted as much information as possible when making decisions. Klaus was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and patiently answered everything we asked of him. He also volunteered information that he thought we should know, even if we didn't specifically ask about it. When we called or texted Klaus and he wasn't available at that particular moment, he always got back to us very quickly and never left us hanging. I would recommend Klaus to anyone who wants to have a great travel experience.
